Wisconsin Investcast is an integrated investment 铸造 foundry handling customer component production needs from rapid prototyping, design for manufacturing/铸造, tool design and development, solidification modeling, wax pattern production, 壳型铸造, 铸造, non-destructive/QA testing.  Concurrent engineering services help consider manufacturability during product design to reduce development time and cost.  We are known for producing complex metal components in a variety of 合金, some of the largest investment 铸造s in the world.  Whether complex or simple shapes, small to large, we serve a range of high-demand markets such as 国防, 能源, 涡轮发动机.

We can produce investment 铸造s that weigh as little as ounces to large 铸造s up to 2,000 lbs. (635 kg) cast weight and 1,000 lbs. (454 kg) ship weight.

Processes and 功能

Investment 铸造 (lost wax 铸造) is ideal for the manufacture of components with complex internal and external configurations.  Net-shaped 铸造 requires little or no post-production machining and is an economical alternative for heavily-machined parts and multi-piece weldments.

  • Our induction furnaces offer capacities up to 2,000 lbs (295 kg to 907 kg)

  • Part envelope size up to 40” diameter by 34" tall (1,016 mm by 864 mm)

Turnkey Service

We work together with our customers to offer engineering support, 铸造 design for manufacturability, alloy selection assistance, to identify efficiencies in prototype and production runs.  Wisconsin Investcast can provide complete-to-print products with single-source responsibility, 包括:
